Yes! all data sent to us is done so in a secure way and then stored in encrypted file locations. We also use encrypted documents too where details are sensitive. If there is additional concern over document transfer we have additional file transfer options available. 

Our rates depends on the job type however once you have been quoted that quote is then fixed for 30 days. For rolling contracts this price can be fixed for up to 12 months. We understand that negotiation is a big part of business and therefore we like to work with each client to ensure the best value for money can be offered. 

Of course! On all projects that look to create any sort of document we will always build in time to send you a draft for approval before its complete. For jobs such as data entry this isn't possible however we usually build in a "check in" chat to make sure everything is happening as you expected it would. 

Quite simply, no! your business is your business and we trust you know your requirements therefore we will carry out proposals agreed to an excellent standard without prying into any other areas. However some clients do ask us our opinions on areas of the business including additional areas of proposals  to which we are more than happy to offer our opinion however the decision is completely up to you.

We certainly can manage social media accounts. This works in the same way as any other area of our business, you set out an initial proposal and we'll quote you on it. The only way this differs is that it can be priced on daily management including social media responses or it can be quoted on a posts per day cost (or even a hybrid quote in some cases). Ultimatly you tell us what you want and we'll tell you how we'll do it and provide you a quote.
